Providing clarity of impact for
Dirleton Primary School
As an educator, I participated in many studies and projects to enhance the experience for pupils in my school. This project focused on the improvements in wellbeing supported by outdoor learning. I was responsible for making improvements to how outdoor learning was delivered at the school, as well as measuring and recording the impact.
Communicating with clarity
My work began with ensuring that I had established points during the project to gather and record data from stakeholders. This data took the form of quantitative interviews, qualitative surveys, observation and frequency monitoring.
With the data collected, I was able to conclude how impactful the educational activities had been and give advice going forward.
Outcome
My impact reporting had a transformative effect on wellbeing within the school. This was documented and reported to stakeholders in order to share the success of the project and identify next steps.
